: Please be advised, our housekeepers cannot use ladders or move anything heavier than 35lbs. If you would like us to clean behind large appliances, or pieces of furniture, please move it prior to the cleaning to allow access to the area.Tips
: Although it is not necessary to tip our housekeepers, it is encouraged and a great way to say, "Job well done!" Please let us know if you would like us to include any tips in your credit/debit card charges, and we will gladly pass them along to your team.Referrals
: A great deal of our time and resources are put into recruiting and checking the background and experience of our housekeepers. Part of our service agreement states you agree not to independently hire any past or present Perfect Shine housekeepers unless you pay our referral fee of $3,000. This amount is due in full immediately upon personal employment of the housekeeper(s), regardless of using them for a one-time or recurring service.
